My name is Josh Singer, and I'm a Certified Professional Hypnotist with a focused practice in smoking cessation and nicotine dependence. For over two decades, I've worked one-on-one with people ready to leave cigarettes, vapes, and other nicotine habits behind for good.
What sets my approach apart is how I work with each person as an individual. Rather than following a one-size-fits-all script, I dig into the habits, triggers, and thought patterns that keep nicotine use stuck in place. Every session is shaped around where you are, what has and hasn't worked before, and what truly motivates you to change.
Across my career, I've had the privilege of working with nearly 2,500 clients and conducting close to 10,000 hypnotherapy sessions. That depth of experience has refined how I work in ways that simply cannot be rushed. I've learned what it actually takes to help someone move from feeling trapped by nicotine to feeling genuinely free from it. My goal with every client is lasting change, not just a temporary break from the habit, but a real shift in how you think, feel, and respond when cravings come calling.

Most people who struggle to quit smoking or vaping aren't lacking willpower. They're stuck in automatic patterns, subconscious habits, and conditioned responses that keep pulling them back. That's exactly where I focus.
Through my Quit Differently nicotine cessation program, I guide clients through a structured process that works at the subconscious level, where habits are actually formed and broken. Rather than fighting cravings through sheer willpower, clients learn to shift the internal patterns driving the behavior in the first place.
This isn't about pushing someone to change. It's about helping each person access the motivation they already have and giving them practical tools to act on it consistently. Hypnotherapy doesn't do the work for you. What it does is make the work far more effective by reinforcing new behaviors and responses at a deeper level.
Clients who go through this process don't just white-knuckle their way through cravings. They build a genuinely different relationship with nicotine, one where the pull simply isn't as strong because the underlying pattern has changed. The result is a more stable, lasting foundation for staying nicotine-free.
